You know, I love crafting. Give me a crochet hook, knitting needles, a sewing machine, glue, paper, card, glitter, cotton balls and I'm a happy girl. But scrapbooking? No thanks. A few years ago I was invited to a scrapbooking party and I said "what?". "What on earth is this scrapbooking you speak of?" I knew nothing about it but it looked fantastic. I've always been one for picking up souveniers along my travels and putting them in my photo albums but nothing like this. But I just couldn't get into it. I was overwhelmed by the card stock, the die cutters, the ribbon (oh, the ribbon), etc.
This is my kind of scrapbooking. It was so easy to use and has a lot of scope to use it for more than just digital scrapbooking.
There are heaps of free kits to try from the online design shop with clear and concise instructions.
Think of all the birthday invitations and cards, blog banners, photo layouts, photobooks, Christmas cards etc you could do, all at the computer, without all those boxes and bins of cardstock, buttons, ribbons etc etc.
